You’ll ideally have worked in L&D in the agriculture sector or at least have a strong affinity to all things rural. This will include working with tertiary institutions and global stakeholders to research and understand learning systems and needs, develop and deliver blended learning solutions that achieve technical and pre-trade purposes.

Working closely in partnership with an existing and experienced Learning & OD Specialist and with a small, fun, agile, dedicated and hard-working team, there is an expectation that the successful applicant will bring a healthy sense of humour and a team-orientated spirit and way of operating.  This will be paired with a desire to roll the sleeves up and do whatever is needed to help ensure the ongoing success the team experiences in helping Landpower achieve its’ customer and commercial goals.

Landpower is a great business with a superb culture and is populated with smart people, who are passionate about achieving great results together. You will have the chance to work flexibly, grow and develop within the business and be rewarded well for your contribution.
