People & Culture Administrator

You’ve got choices, we get it… But to make the very best start in the People & Culture world, this is the one you NEED to pick!
Why…?
You’ll join a dynamic and agile team – With accomplished colleagues who are experts in their disciplines, you’ll be mentored and supported by those who have gone through the exact career journey you’ve started on, and who are now high performing People Business Partners.
You won’t be pigeon-holed – You’ll have insight to the full lifecycle of employee relationships, from supporting strategic activities in employer branding and talent acquisition, to maintaining our processes and support for migrant employees, to providing critical administrative support for a range of employment relations interactions, to collating key people reporting and insights for our executive team. The ultimate introduction to build your base of experience and open developmental pathways!
You’ll experience people & culture projects that many others won’t – Given the growth of our organisation, not just in numbers but in culture and capability, you’ll provide support for projects and deep dives into areas such as remuneration strategy, employee engagement, development of our flexibility philosophy and practices, and employee recognition. An incredibly rich experience!
You’ll be part of a big team with around 400 people across multiple sites in Australia and New Zealand…. but we don’t do the whole corporate vibe – we’re a family business at heart, we care for and invest in our people, we have incredible connection and commitment to the farming community, and we make our decisions and choose our directions based on what is the best for all of us!
You’ll be part of Landpower & our CLAAS Harvest Centre network – We represent some of the farming industry’s most advanced and respected brands and equipment ranges, and as such we’re part of a huge and highly regarded international network. Likewise, our teams are incredibly diverse, from robust trades environments to expert technical advisors to product gurus to our busy support services offices, across 2 countries – the breadth of the experience you’ll gain with us is almost unparalleled!
You’ll be part of a work family who want to gear you up for life too – We embrace how, where and when you work in a unique, personal way that compliments your family life, your health and wellbeing, your hobbies and your personal goals. We’re here to help our people find the individual balance that they seek.
And most importantly – You’ll literally get to drive tractors as part of your induction!
So – who are you?
