Landpower and our CLAAS Harvest Centre network is the largest privately-owned farm machinery distribution network in Australasia, servicing primary producers and agricultural contractors from 32 strategic locations throughout Australia and New Zealand and Australia. Our Melbourne and Christchurch offices co-ordinate wholesale activities and support functions across Australia and New Zealand, and each of our retail dealerships is a regional sales, service and support hub for the complete range of the internationally renowned, premium CLAAS product range alongside several other leading farm machinery brands. Following incredible customer demands and record sales activity, we are entering an exciting phase of expansion within our Marketing & Customer Experience function, to build further on the huge momentum that our premium, market leading product ranges are generating. As Marketing Manager you will…

  • Head the development and execution of comprehensive marketing plans that align with our vision, purpose and strategic objectives
  • Lead and grow a diverse team of marketing professionals, providing expert leadership, guidance and support
  • Oversee a team portfolio spanning web/e-commerece, social media, brand management, communications, design and content development, events, data analysis and targeted campaign activity
  • Partner closely with stakeholders across our sales, product support, people and culture, finance and digital teams, to align on key messaging and overall brand strategy
  • Provide a valued contribution to strategic planning and development of the function through an innovative, change-ready, continuous improvement focussed mindset.

You’ll be a capable and contemporary leader, an innovative marketing professional and a capable strategic thinker.

You’re not shy of rolling your sleeves up and working toward perfection, seeing possibilities and opportunities rather than gaps.

You’re a passionate supporter of positive change, an early adopter, as well as having an awareness of how to effectively manage change throughout a team.
